Royal Ontario Museum

In the last post I mentioned that I don't like museums. That's true, but as Toronto is the city that most surprised me in the world so far, it wouldn't be different with the museum. Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto is indescribable! It is a mix of past, present, and future in only one place. As you may see in the picture above, they reformed the building and left one side with the old style and completely changed the other one, which is now very futuristic. I visited it in my third day during my getaway weekend in Toronto. I bought the CityPass, which gave access to the CN Tower, Casa Loma, Toronto Zoo, and the one that I am talking about right now, the Royal Museum. Inside of the building, There was artifacts from all over the world. I found objects even from Brazil.

The museum was very interesting, but I took too much time to take a look at everything that was there. I spent all afternoon to see all of the exhibitions. In the end of the day, I was tired, thirsty, and hungry. Then I decided to look for a Brazilian restaurant since I was in Canada so long missing my country's food. I did find one, and it was close to the museum. There, I took the opportunity to eat everything I was missing! Perhaps I was too hungry, but I found the food very delicious that I didn't want to leave. That was a very good day.
