Missy Elliot's  Amazing Transformation

Photos of Missy Elliot have been circulating the web, and it's no wonder. She looks amazing! She previously lost 71lbs (2002), and then recently lost another 30lbs. She attributes her last 30lbs to Shaun T's Insanity and T25 workouts. Insanity and T25 are among the many in-home fitness programs by Beachbody. On October 19, 2014 Beachbody CEO, Carl Daikeler publicly praised and thanked Missy Elliot on his Facebook page:

"Missy Elliott, you absolutely blow me away! Inspiring millions of people by honestly telling them that these kind of results - 30lbs of weight loss - happen with sensible eating and consistent exercise, in this case using Shaun T's Focus T25 and Insanity!

No Beachbody sponsorship. No endorsement deal.... Just a real (talented) person, doing what it takes to maximize her her health and fitness and sharing it with the rest of us. This is how the trend of obesity ends.

Thank you so much for the shout out Missy!"

Missy Elliott has been battling Graves' disease, an autoimmune disease that attacks the thyroid. She is reportedly off of medication and says that she is completely managing the disease through nutrition and exercise, a testament to the importance of both in being healthy. Missy is definitely able to "work it". I've completed 10 weeks of T25 and loved it. But Missy has got one up on me. I've been way too intimidated to try Insanity, so hail to Missy Elliot! I might just have the nerve to try it now...thanks to Missy Elliot's inspiration.

Judy Mayberry: Wow!! Congratulations Judy!!!!!! You were beautiful before too, and now you look amazing, I bet you feel fabulous and most importantly, you are healthier. I did T25 too. :)

Now that you've had such great results, have you ever thought of paying it forward and helping others by becoming a Coach?
