Food Poisoning/ Salmonella

Salmonella is a bacteria in raw foods such as eggs, meat, or even drinks. But salmonella is not the only cause of food poisoning

Salmonella can be found in anything raw, over 2.6 million people are food poisoned everyday and most of the time salmonella is found in the blood stream. Symptoms of salmonella are diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps. Ways to prevent this is wash hands after handling raw meat, or eggs. Also clean kitchen where the cooking station is and always make sure the food is cooked well.

Infants and the elderly are the most common victims of salmonella, because their immune system is weak and would need treatment useally
