Image Above: A Bennett Buggy was a term coined during the Great Depression in Canada. The car had the windows and engine removed, and was pulled by a horse (or other beast of burden).  It was named after Prime Minister R. B. Bennett, who was blamed for the nation's continuing poverty.

Fun Fact: The Ameircan version was a "Hoover Wagon" named for the President H. Hoover.

Using class power-points, discussion and any textbook research you may need, you will write a well-developed paragraph (10 to 12 sentences) about the Canadian 1930s.
