I have visited the Arabian Peninsula, and I have discovered that living there is tough. If you live there or want to move there, there are some things you must know about adapting. In the peninsula, there are mountains, deserts, oases, and the coastal plains. In order to adapt to the desert, you will need to live a nomadic life. You should wear loose, long gowns for protection from the heat. You can make your clothing out of animal wool and fur. You should use camels for transportation because they are strong, and can carry your belongings easily, and you do not have to carry them. Here is how to survive in the oases: Dig wells for water; farm and trade crops for food. If you want to live near an oases, it is best to become sedentary. The next geographical feature that you need to know how to adapt to is the coastal plains. I recommend that you build dams for water, and farm for food. Lastly, you will need to know how to adapt to the mountains. You can do this by farming and making fertilizer for your crops. You can also make dams and irrigation systems for water for you and your crops.
