Why is sleep so Important?

Here are some tips  about why is it so important to  sleep

1  You can turn off all electronics

2  Keep a sleep routine

3 Be more active during the day

4 Don't have sugar before bed

5  Sleep in a dark cold room

How much sleep do we REALLY need

We should at least have 9.25 hours of sleep

why is it important to sleep

1 it will restorative our brains

2 too little sleep will cause weight gain

3 it can make you really hunger all the time

this is real sleep!
