DANCE F.I.T

HOW TO LOOSEN UP YOUR MUSCLES BEFORE YOU DO A DANCE
F.I.T
F- FREQUENCY- REFERS TO HOW OFTEN YOU EXERCISE.
I- INTENSITY- REFERS TO HOW HARD YOU EXERCISE.
T-TIME- REFERS TO HOW LONG YOU EXERCISE.

1st day of Dance F.I.T

On your first day of Dance F.I.T  do 1 mile a day. You want to just jog on your first day to loosen your leg muscles.

2nd day of Dance F.I.T

On your 2nd day of Dance F.I.T you would want to do 5 sit ups 3 times a day. This is to work out your stomach muscles and some leg muscles.       

                                        

3rd day of Dance F.I.T

On your third day of Dance F.I.T you need to do iS 10 push ups 2 times a day to work out your arms,stomach and leg muscles.

4th day of Dance F.I.T

On your 3rd day of Dance F.I.T  you need to do what is called knee to chest. What this does is loosen up your thy muscles and some back muscles.

FOOD :)

When you eat an apple be sure to eat the out side of the apple. The out side of the apple is called the apple peel. If you eat the apple peel it will burn some of your fat, You should eat an apple 2 times a day.


You can eat a lot more food than just an apple 2 times a day. You can eat SOME chocolate but NOT MUCH. Also when you do these stretches be sure to breath through your nose and out your mouth ( it helps you breath better). Thanks You for reading :)
