Assignment #3 Book Connections

Arlen Blackdeer create her hope by helping out the community, for example she teach Ho-chunk at a high school called "Thoma" she also created a program with the elders so they can gather everyone to learn their langauge . She also goes around the U.S. to teach her native language.

Arelen created hope in her community by teaching others her knowledge, same goes for Arnold. Some connection they have were that they both care about educations because it comes in handy when supporting others.‚Äč They are both afraid of their own culture dying out .

These are both good connections, but you need three. At the beginning of the video, Arlene says she feels her ancestors are cheering her on. Do you think Junior feels the same?
