How to Positively Deal with Fear

Step one: Determine exactly what it is you are afraid of...be very specific.
Step two: Use positive self-talk to calm down and make rational choices.
Step three: Imagine yourself still being afraid, but handling the situation in a mature manner.
Step four: Gradually expose yourself to the feared situation or object.

And remember it is okay to ask your friends and family for help and support!
