Nathan Broman - Former Administrator at MeySen Academy
An educator with more than 30 years of experience, Nathan Broman formerly served as vice president of the English department at MeySen Academy, located in Sendai, Japan. His responsibilities included supervising the performance of 80 teachers and the education of more than 3,000 students at two campuses. Among his many achievements, Nathan Broman originated a software program that facilitated more efficient creation of instructional materials.
He has also contributed to a number of charitable organizations, such as Samaritan’s Purse, which provided disaster relief efforts following the 2011 earthquake and tsunami in Japan. In addition, Mr. Broman helped design radio equipment and energy-efficient power sources to support nonprofit initiatives in developing nations.
In preparing for his career, Nathan Broman attended Tamagawa University, where he completed a bachelor’s degree in education. He later studied 3D graphics and animation in Seattle, Washington, and used that training to design new school buses for MeySen.
