Maryland has cold, rainy winters, hot summers and low fertile land. The land is great for growing tobacco and corn. They have various faiths but they are particularly catholic. The people build ships and go mining.
Virginia has mild winters and hot, humid summers. The land is good for growing wheat and tobacco. Virginia was with the Church of England. The people had small independent farming lands.
North Carolina winters are not difficult to survive and have hot, humid summers. You can grow tobacco and cotton. They tolerated other religions like Baptists and Anglicans. They mostly fish and cut down trees.
South Carolina has mild winters and humid summers, swamps and coastline. The land is good for you to grow a lot of rice and indigo. South Carolina accepts all faiths. They mostly fish and cut down trees.
Georgia has short mild winters and long hot, humid summers. You can grow a lot tobacco and sugar. They have various faiths that were allowed. They mostly fish and cut down trees.
