Abraham Maslow
Humanistic Theory
3-5pm
Community Center 3rd floor. Room 273

Do you desire to achieve artistic goals by sacrificing other desirable activities?

THEN ATTEND THIS MOTIVATIONAL SEMINAR!

Here we will learn on how your self-actualization is sometimes placed before your physiological and safety needs. Ever heard of Maslow's Theory of the Hierarchy of Needs? Well, the humanistic theory is based off of this pyramid of your basic physiological needs. Also we will describe the sensory deprivation and sensory stimulation to see which one applies best to you! Are you a couch potato or a busy beaver? Next we will learn on how you can explore and even manipulate your environment! People could do this everyday so that they can meet their food or safety needs or because they want to have new experiences. Are you hooked yet? Finally, to wrap things up we will talk about achievement or leaning motivation. This is also known as performance or learning goals. Here you can rank each of your own personal goals to see what is motivating you! And of course what's a goal with no rewards? Do you reward yourself with success?, extrinsic rewards, or by self-satisfaction?, or intrinsic rewards.

YOU WILL BE SURPRISED WITH THE RESULTS!
