Grasslands are one of six major biomes that make up most of the Earth. Grasslands are home to many figures of wildlife, for example: tigers, lions, zebra, gazelle and hyenas.

Grasslands are mainly located in Africa, some parts of North America, and South America. However, although grasslands are located in North America, animals such as lions and tigers do not live in this part of the grass land biome.
