Nebojsa Vlahovic

A prolific real-estate developer in Latin America, Nebojsa Vlahovic has built and sold more than 550 townhouses and single-family homes in Brazil and Panama. Working with International Real Estate Ltd., he supervises property selection, site and community planning, construction services, and sales. In 2006, Nebojsa Vlahovic was recognized as the Developer of the Year in Boquete, Panama.

Vlahovic also possesses considerable expertise in sustainable building practices and is a founding member of the Brazilian chapter of the Green Building Council, an organization that seeks to advance the sustainable construction industry. Additionally, Nebojsa Vlahovic is a member of the American Institute of Architects and was recently invited to speak at the symposium “Breaking Borders: New Latin American Architecture,” which was held at the renowned Pratt Institute School of Architecture.

Nebojsa Vlahovic earned a bachelor of arts with a focus in architecture, urbanism, and economics from the Federal University of Rio De Janeiro in Brazil and a master of arts in urban planning from the University of Colorado, Denver. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and rides 40 to 60 kilometers weekly. He also is an avid surfer and scuba diver.
