The BAD common cold

A cold is in the upper respiratory system it means the nose, throat, and sinuses


fever 100-101 dreges  you may get chilly, dry throat, coghing,runny nose and watery eyes and your tired and your nose is stuffy.


Kids catch colds by mucus that is in the nose, mouth, and throat.  When somebody sneezes mucus floats in the air breathing in the mucus can catch a cold from many people. You can also catch a cold by touch your face after holding something that had germs.


Drink hot liquids to make your throat fell better. Take a hot shower not a cold one. GO find your trip to no cold!


Get lots of sleep relax and drink fluids and NEVER run around when you are sick.
