Newton's 3 laws and their relevance in this project: In this project, we rolled a car for one meter. In doing this, each of Newton's three laws are involved. One, an object in motion stays in motion and an object at rest stays at rest at a constant speed and in a straight line unless acted upon by an external,unbalanced force. We see this when we roll the car. It stays at a constant speed and in a straight line until gravity and the wall act on it. In this, we also see law two. Force equals mass times acceleration. To find force you need the object to have weight or mass. When you use your force, the object with mass accelerates. And lastly, in this we see law three. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. We roll the car and an equal and opposite reaction is it stops. Not only does it stop, but it stops as fast or as slowly as it started up or accelerated. Also in this, the forces are unbalanced because of gravity,friction, and wind resistance.
