Over Population in Africa
Over population is a huge problem for the people of Africa. The sub-Saharan population is increasing at the rate of 2.5 percent annually. This is double the rate of both Asia and Latin America. If this rate is not decreased the population of Africa will double by the year 2036.
The population is increasing because of high fertility rate between parents. Then these parents split up and have kids with other men and women. African women have 5.5 children in their life. Increase in population causes problems such as more waste in natural things also resources become scarce.
Some ways to solve overpopulation problem is develop new land near Africa for some people to live in. Also limit the amount of kids every mother is having to one or two. Lastly give money to Africa to build better housing for the people to spread them out more.
