In English, we say angry bird. Angry describes bird so angry is the adjective.

Bird is a thing, so it is a noun.

In English we put the adjective before the noun, angry bird.

If the noun is plural, more than one, we usually add an -s or -es to the noun. The adjective doesn't change. Angry birds.

In Spanish, we usually put the adjective after the noun, pájaro enojado.

If the noun is plural, we add -s or -es to the noun and the adjective, pájaros enojados.

In Spanish we also have to pay attention to the gender of the noun (person, place, thing or idea). muchacho = (masculine) boy; muchacha is (feminine) girl. Many adjectives change depending on whether the noun is masculine or feminine.

muchacho enojado = angry boy

Notice both the noun and adjective end in -o

muchacha enojada = angry girl
