1 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/2 cup nutella
whipped cream (optional)
1: Combine heavy cream and coffee granules in a small mixing bowl.
2: Stir until dissolved, about 5 minutes.
3: Add Nutella.
4: Beat with electric mixer on medium for 1 minute.
5: Scrape sides and bottom of bowl, and continue beating for about 1 minute until very soft peaks form.
(Note: Mousse mixture is very soft/loose at this point, but will firm up when chilled.)
