Nutella Breakfast Granola Parfaits

Come on, it's Nutella, you HAVE to try it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat granola
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (greek-style yogurt is also good too!)
  • 1 cup diced mixed fresh fruit (pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, etc.) or berries
  • 4 mint sprigs if you want to get fancy.

Directions:

For each serving, in a tall 10-12 ounce sunday/parfait glass, dollop with layers as follows:

  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon nutella
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced fresh fruit
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced fresh fruit
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon nutella

Top with a spoonful of yogurt and your fancy mint sprig.

Makes 4 servings.
