Native Americans Paleo, Archaic, Woodland, & Mississippian Created by: Olivia Sims -Paleo Indians The Paleo Indians were the first Native American group. They were nomadic and for food hunted large herds of animals with Clovis point spears. -Archaic Indians The Archaic Indians developed fishing tools and hunted animals with an atlatl. -Woodland Indians The Woodland Indians created the bow and arrow, hunted small animals, and farmed. -Mississippian Indians The Mississippians were the most developed Indian group.
