I think SAMR and TPACK provide a framework that can help me personally with reflective practice. I will look for more appropriate opportunities to move M's to R's! I think this could be implemented on a school-wide basis as well. There are many opportunities to yield better results through the implementation of tools we currently have available. Great food for thought!

I'm really looking forward to learning more about TPACK and SAMR. This will raise the level of Technology use in OCS. Looks well planned and thought out.

I like the use of SAMR as a tool because it has different levels of competency and I can give each individual teacher what would work best for them. Instead of one lesson plan model I could show four, which they then take and show their students of varying abilities what they can accomplish.

I frequently use substitution and modification in my classroom, and I look forward to exploring more methods of modification and redefinition that I can both use in my classroom and share with other teachers.

I'm excited about the chance for using technology in my classroom in a more significant way. The upper levels of the SAMR model will foster great collaboration opportunities for students.

I think both TPACK and SAMR are going to be useful tools to help teachers think about technology integration in a different way. I immediately think of PBL when looking at the TPACK components, but I can see great possibilities for both.

I love the mix of pedagogy and technology in these examples. The pool idea is especially comforting when I think about using the right tool for the right use. I hope this is the start of many deep reflective conversations among our faculty members.

Although I feel I do a good job with the substitution and augmentation levels, I'm excited to move up to redefinition

I am excited to help teachers at the level they are currently working and move towards the next level. I am excited about the SAMR model and sharing it with our OHS staff.
