What are Cells (Basic)

Cells are the building blocks of life and without them life just wouldn't exist. There are 3 types of cells: plant cells, animal cells, and bacteria cells. Which one are the humans, animal cells! They all look different and are made a little differently just like plant cells they have a cell wall and animal cells have a jelly like substance wall.

There can be about a trillion cells in a humans body and when they die they don't die all at once, they replace themselves with more cells. That's why it's a good thing you eat healthy food because they give food to the mitochondrion, stores energy. The nucleus is "The king" of the entire cell he controls the cell. The Golgi body packs proteins and carbohydrates and "exports" it away the cell (releases the waste). The nuclear membrane is the jelly like substance that surrounds the cell. The cytoplasm is the substance that makes all the stuff in the cells float. There are great videos on Youtube.com I recommend you to watch Bill Nye The Science Guy: Cells.
