The great ancient Egypt

Emma Thomsen

the nile river flows through Egypt. It is 4,160 miles in length and is the longest river in Egypt and the world! It flows into the Mediterranean sea. It has strong currents so no one will be able to come and attack Egypt. The hot deserts also keep Egypt safe. The hot sand and warm weather keeps Egypt same from attackers. In the spring the nile river will flood leaving perfect soil called slit. The slit allows people to grow crops. This helps Egypt stay alive. If it wasn't for the nile no one would be able to live in Egypt!
