About Padrick Peper

Padrick Peper is a Los Angeles-based building executive with a deep-seated love of music. Born and raised in Massachusetts, he spent his early teenage years playing music, fishing, and helping to restore old homes in the Martha’s Vineyard and Boston areas. After moving to a Kansas farm at age 16, he excelled at basketball and track and field, and he became an enthusiastic harmonica player. Influenced by the late bluesman Jimmy Reed and John Popper of Blues Traveler, Padrick Peper toured with bands such as Pillbilly Knights, Richie Kotzen, The Burned, Jim Kweskin, and White Buffalo after high school. He continues to play music in Los Angeles,East Coast, Europe and the Cabo San Lucas area of Baja California in Mexico. In the latter seaside resort community, he has built guest houses and a state-of-the-art recording studio that visiting musicians including Sammy Hagar use.

As a senior project manager with Fort Hill Construction, Mr. Peper guides one of Southern California’s leading custom builders. His firm oversees all aspects of the construction process, from conceptual planning to serving as client representation after project completion. Padrick Peper has gained particular recognition for knowledgeable advisory services about property acquisitions throughout Baja California and mainland Mexico.
