About Pam Gray Bonaventure

As the chief operating officer at Bonaventure Senior Living in Salem, Oregon, Pam Gray leverages more than 20 years of relevant experience, along with an impeccable record in managing senior and assisted living facilities. A member of the team at Bonaventure since 2004, Pam Gray has spent the last six years as COO. In this role, she oversees the company’s retirement living communities in nearly 40 locations in the Western United States. Prior to her current role, Ms. Gray served as a Regional Director of Operations at Bonaventure.

An integral member of the executive leadership team at Bonaventure, she joined the company after a successful tenure as the Vice President of Farmington Square Home Health, where she also served as an administrator and house coordinator. She also spent a period as the division manager of a large retirement community management group with close to 200 communities around the country. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending time with her family and working in her garden whenever possible.
