About Paul Comeau Hodgson Russ

For more than four decades, Paul Comeau has been a partner at the firm of Hodgson Russ LLP, where he specializes in business planning, business law, tax law, trusts, and estate planning. In addition to his work with Hodgson, over the years he has spoken on various tax subjects before groups like the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, its Foundation for Accounting Education, and the National Association of Accountants. Paul Comeau has also had his work published by numerous national tax journals, including the articles “Giving and Loaning Art to Charity” and “Transferring Art When No Charity Is Involved,” which both appeared in Trusts & Estates.

Mr. Comeau is a member of the board of directors of the New York State Business Council and chair of the Tax Committee. He has been honored with a number of awards over the course of his career, including Best Lawyers' 2014 Buffalo Trusts and Estates Lawyer of the Year.
