Stable Food Supply:
the Nile river. Most of the farmers moved closer to the Nile so they could have more water to grow crops. People caught fish from the Nile river. People traded goods for better food. some of the foods Ancient Egyptians ate would be like bread.
System Of Government:
The form of government the Egyptians had pharaohs.
Pharaoh Khufu: the pharaoh Khufu ruled from about 2551 to 2528. Today he is known a a builder of a famous pyramid. Not much is known about Khufu.
Pharaoh Senusret: the pharaoh Senusret ruled from about form 1971 to 1926 B.C.E , during the middle kingdom. He was a strong leader who ruled a stable unified Egypt.The pharaoh controlled mines filled with gold,copper,and gems such as purple amethyst.
Pharaoh Hatsheput: Pharaoh Hatsheput ruled from about 1473 to 1458 B.C.E. Hatsheput was the first female pharaoh. Under her rule, Egyptians art and architecture flourished. Hatshepsut was also known for encouraging trade.
Pharaoh Rames 11: pharaoh Rames 11 ruled from about 1290 to about 1224 B.C.E. during the New kingdom. Called Rames the great, he is one of the most famous pharaoh. He reigned for then 60 years longer then almost any pharaoh. He is best known for his military leadership and building numerous moments.
the ancient Egyptians had a a pyramid that detected what social class you were in. The pyramid shows how the social classes were formed.
Ra: Ra was the god and the most important god to the ancient Egyptians. Ra was drawn as a man with a hawk head and a headdress with a sun disk. At one point Ra was combined with another god Amun and the two made an even more powerful god, Amun Ra. Ra was said to have created all form and was the supreme ruler of the gods.
Osiris: Osiris was the ruler of the underworld and god of the dead. He was the husband of Isis and the father of Horus. Osiris was drawn as a mummified man with a feathered headdress.
Horus: Horus was the god of the sky. Horus was the son of Isis and Osiris. He was drawn as a man with a hawk head. The ruler of Egyptians and Pharaohs was thought to be the living version Horus. In this way the pharaoh was the leader of the Egyptian religion.
The arts :
The Egyptians carved sculptures. One example of a sculpture the Egyptians made is called the King Tutankhamen. They also made paintings that helped them relieve their stress.
Advances in Technology:
the Egyptians made the water wheel to make their life easier. They also made a carrier to carry more food around.
the written language the Egyptians had were Hieroglyphics. The Egyptians started using hieroglyphics in the early 3000 B.C. To the Egyptians hieroglyphics was very complicated in the way of writing.
