MEDITATION: WHEN YOU CLEAR YOUR MIND FROM STRESS
MANTRA: DIFFERENT SOUNDS THAT MAKE YOU RELAX BETTER
DEEP BREATHING: WHEN YOU TAKE DEEP BREATHES TO CLAM YOU

The three things that we did were: meditation, walk through dream, and a relaxation wave. The meditation was very relaxing I had a lot of stuff on my mind then when i started the meditation my mind was totally clear.When Mr. Halkuff was doing the guided dream i was knocked out but the story was very interesting. It was about you was on the beach and then you find this red door and you went inside and you walk into this magic garden then you take all your happy memories and turned them into seeds and hen you planted them into these beautiful flowers. the last thing that we did was to just relax so that all your muscles would relaxed and then you would fall into a deep sleep.

Before i did the meditation i thought it was stupid and did not work.During the activities i was not thinking about nothing but before i started i had a lot of stuff on mind. Yes, i would try meditation again it was very relaxing and i was very sleepy after the relaxation wave thing so for now on i will be doing meditation right after i do my shower or before i go to bed.
