About Peter Woolf Broward County
A resident of Broward County, Florida, Peter Woolf currently serves as the chief financial officer of Interstate Asphalt Corp., which buys and sells liquid asphalt to major paving companies. In this role, he oversees all accounting and inventory for the company, as well as the transport of asphalt by barge, rail, and trucks. Previously, from 1977 to 2006, Peter Woolf was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he specialized in public and private multinational companies in various locations including Canada.
Mr. Woolf holds a BS in management from the University of Leeds and an MBA in accounting from Nova Southeastern University. In addition to his work with Interstate Asphalt, he has acted as treasurer for a number of charitable organizations, including Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County and Junior Achievement of South Florida, a group that works with children from kindergarten through high school and provides hands-on educational opportunities related to business. He is currently Vice Chair of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County. He is also a past president and founder Member of the British American Business Council Miami, he earned a 1996 J.C. Penney Golden Rule Award for his volunteer service.
