Cut your sugar intake

Everybody loves soda, it's all the health problems that come with it everyone hates. With risk of obesity, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes,heart disease, and stroke whats not to hate?  The American Beverage Association says that soda doesn't cause cardiovascular disease but statistics from different studies show differently. I stopped drinking soda nearly a year ago ,but if a person were to drink one soda everyday for a week they would have a 29% chance higher of dying from heart disease than me. If i were you i wouldn't believe anything a company trying to sell you food. #nevertoomuchsugar
