Background info: born February 1818 and died February 20th 1895.  His jobs were an African american reformer , orator , abolitionist , a writer, and a statesman. He was a slave that escaped.

Accomplishments : Was a leader in the abolitionist movement. He wrote a autobiography about his life as a slave that became a bestseller and influential in supporting abolitionist.
