Pineapple Meatballs

Erm...Meatballs with Pineapple Chunks


  • 5 lb precooked frozen meatballs
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 of an onion
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • green onions (chopped)


First dice bell pepper and onion.

Then put the meatballs in crockpot. Mix in pineapple chunks (reserve the juice in a bowl), diced bell peppers and diced onion.

On the side, mix the soy sauce, sugar, white vinegar, cornstarch and pineapple juice in a bowl.

Pour over the meatballs in the crockpot.

Turn crockpot on to the High setting and let cook for 3-4 hours.

When serving, garnish the top with chopped green onions.
