The Industrial Revolution was a time of change. There were new inventions and many new ideas on life. The Industrial Revolution marks a major turning point in history; almost every aspect of daily life was influenced in some way. For example using the water wheel to make fabric only needing people if something broke, got jammed or needed to remove the material. Also the role of women and children was new too because they were the majority of the people working in the factories. Some of the new ideas on life were more people living in cities than rural areas. Many people got new lives and changed the way they looked at the world.
