Alaska’s Portage Valley RV Park

About Portage Valley RV Park

Located just an hour away from Anchorage, Alaska, Portage Valley RV Park gives travelers the chance to enjoy several types of camping in a mountain setting with easy access to major Alaskan destinations. Guests at the park can rest there while traveling the Sterling Highway on their way to Seward or Kenai, or as they head out to Whittier and its glacier cruises.

The facility offers several accommodation choices. It has four rustic guest cabins, two of which are fitted with a set of matching twin beds and two of which contain one queen bed. All cabins feature heat, televisions with built-in VCRs, carpeting, and half lofts with room for additional guests using sleeping bags. RV travelers and campers can stay at the park as well, as it offers both recreational vehicle sites and tent camping.

All accommodation options include access to water and showers, and the recreational vehicle sites come with access to electricity. For additional information about the park, visit www.portagevalleyrvpark.com.
