Rosa Parks was born in 1923, and she died in 2005. In 1983 she was inducted in the Michigan Women Hall Of Fame. She was awarded with the Congressional Gold metal. She also published two books. In 1987 she founded the Rosa and Raymond Parks institute for self development.
Rosa Parks was a brave lady. She refused to give up her seat on a bus to a white man. She was also a friendly lady. She wanted no body to be treated unequal. Rosa Parks was a ambitious person. She pushed the civil rights movement. Rosa Parks lived a hard life trying to make people equal ,but in the long run she did a very good thing.
