What does the Fourteenth Amendment mean for you?
-The Fourteenth Amendment says that regardless of race, born or naturalized, citizenship is reaffirmed.
-No state can abridge the privileges of a citizen.
-No one can be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process by the law.
-Congress has power to enforce the provisions of this article.
-This especially benefits African Americans, Hispanic, etc... because regardless of race, their citizenship is reaffirmed.
