DOSYS 7802 4 full pan bakery convection oven with steam is an innovative approach to adding high end bakery products to your operation. As you can expect with all Revent products this oven bakes evenly across the pan with gentle air velocity. The convection circulating fan automatically reverses direction to provide even baking in the small oven chamber. The oven fan setting can be changed from low velocity to high velocity so you will always get consistent bakery product.
The high volume steam system is hooked up directly to a water supply with the provided hoses. The trouble free design sprays water onto the stainless steel circulating fan blade that atomizes the water into saturated steam.
Just like the larger version of the bakery convection oven from Revent there is are manual heat, bake time and steam controls, with the optional computer programmable control panel. This innovative approach to fresh baked bakery product will surpass anything you have tried before.
