Why do people sleep?

People need sleep because without sleep you:

  1. pass out or literally crash (fall asleep without knowing)
  2. you get annoyed by little things that don't normally bug you
  3. don't focus to well at school

You need at lest 9 and 1/4 hours of sleep during the night. Without it you will do one of those 3 things.

5 ways to sleep better

  1. you have a electronic free zone in your room.
  2. you have your room dark
  3. you don't have caffeine before 3
  4. you don't have sugar before bed
  5. you don't watch t.v. before bed
