Why do people sleep?
People need sleep because without sleep you:
- pass out or literally crash (fall asleep without knowing)
- you get annoyed by little things that don't normally bug you
- don't focus to well at school
You need at lest 9 and 1/4 hours of sleep during the night. Without it you will do one of those 3 things.

- you have a electronic free zone in your room.
- you have your room dark
- you don't have caffeine before 3
- you don't have sugar before bed
- you don't watch t.v. before bed
