Most Artistically Designed Buildings In Asia Today
Constructing a building takes time, money and man-power and, if a building is designed with new concept or design then it takes great amount of calculation, experience and innovation.
Many of us have seen some amazing architecture and have been dreaming to watch some marvellous structures around the world.
One of the most artistically designed buildings in Asia today are executive condominiums. It is a form of a housing tenure and other real property where a specified part of a piece of a real estate is individually owned. Condominiums have conditions, covenants, and restrictions, and often additional rules that govern how the individual unit owners are to share the space. If you own a condo you do not own the land surrounding your condo, you just own the inside of the unit itself, which is typically taxed as an individual unit. Condos come with a wide variety of architecture. It is usually attached to one another; since the land is not sold it means that the unit can be stacked one on top of the other so you can have upstairs or downstairs neighbours, as well as neighbours on each side.
In Singapore, new condos were introduced to cater Singaporeans mostly graduates students and professionals who can afford to own a private property. To buy a new condo in Singapore from a developer you need to be either Singapore Citizen or your nucleus family have at least one Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR). Owner of a condo cannot sell it until the unit is at least five years. During the 6th to the 10th year, the owner can only sell to a Singaporean or PR who is able to form a family nucleus. The condominium is considered a private condominium and can be traded freely in the open market only from the 11th year onwards. This ruling will limit the number of potential buyers if the owner decides to sell the property before the 10th year.
City gate, Highline Residences, Amber Skye, Singa Hills, Loft 33, The Crest by Whing Tai, Marine Blue, Coco Palms, Kallang Riverside Condo, Trilive Condo, Bijou, and The Rise are some of the new property launches in Singapore. All of them are marvellous condominiums that everyone has been dreaming of to have. They might have the things you are looking for and give you a reason to call it home where your hearts belong. It is somehow too expensive but, it is worth it to have.
