eating too much added sugar may be killing you

even if your not technically "overweight" eating a lot of added sugars is extremely bad for your health it can cause higher risk of death and and/ or heart disease according to Rachel Johnson a spokeswoman for the american heart association and a nutrient professor at the university of Vermont, added sugars can either displace nutritious food in the diet or add empty calories. people need to seriously cut back on so much sugar if they don't want to get fat or actually live less. it doesnt matter the age group,sex, or your weight .
