Good ettiquette in China is to first take off your shoes before you dine in a house. You shall eat with your chopsticks, not to play with your chopsticks, and not to use your hands. As you eat you should cut up your food with chopsticks, and dont't slurp your food. At the end of your meal you shouldn't tip the waiter, because it is illegal.
I think that it is surprising that the Chinese chop up their food with chopsticks because that seems pretty challenging. They eat quite similar to the U.S.A. except they do everything in eating with their chopsticks. If you do not know correct dining etiquette in a country you may have a punishment by the people that live there.
