Plant Depth: 1.5 inches in the soil.
Seed spacing: 1cm to a half inch
Row Width: 4 to 6 inches
Best tillage: use minimum tillage to maintain crop residues and help reduce erosion.
Seeding method: use broadcast method for food plots that will be harvested by animals. The best way to harvest wheat for food and products is the row seeding to help get the most wheat in a given space.
Best time to plant: September to mid-November. It grows best in 70 to 77 degrees F or it can grow in temperatures as low as 37 degrees F.
