Some of my strategies for feeling better:

1- listen to cheerful music

2- eat your favorite foods

3- watch funny movies or comedies

Things which I am thankful for:

1- chocolate because it can always make me feel better

2- my nieces and nephews who I love for

3-heat because winter is no joke

4-books and candles because they give me peace

5- television and distractions to keep the kids out of my hair
