Music effects me by making me happier and helping me wake up in the morning. It helps unite my family by giving us something common to share or bare. Music can also unite other groups of people in a similar way. It also reduces stress which is one of the reasons why some hospitals play therapeutic music. Upbeat music can boost a persons' mood and also improve athletic performance like jogging. We associate events with the songs we heard during them so music can help you remember a special occasion. Music just improves life in general, which is a pretty great power.
