Diversify the composition of the multidisciplinary teams and offer training

Compare student performance in both native and secondary languages.

Identify diverse life experiences that may affect learning.

Establish a comfortable learning environment that encourages the use of both languages.

Supplement oral instruction and descriptions with visuals such as pictures, charts, amps, graphs, and graphic organizers.
