where dose happiness come from?
a state of well-being and contentment
Happiness can come and be created in may places, like family, close relationships, health, and work.
Family is different experience than just having a close relationship. “That feeling when your kid laughs or when your kid says something that's so totally, like, amazingly weird, or insightful, or sensitive — it's not the same as getting a good laugh out of watching a movie or having a really nice time with a friend”, its a warmer feeling you get.
Close relationships and happiness
key characteristics from that close relationship that keep you happy, such as the ability to “love and be loved, mutual understanding, celebration of good times, security, A diversity of ideas and influences to help us grow and learn, and Fun” (Scheiderer).

There is a correlation between happiness and good health, “Serious, sustained stress or fear can alter biological systems in a way that, over time, adds up to “wear and tear” and, eventually, illnesses such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes”(Happiness & health).

Most people say that money is an important aspect in happiness at work but “personal income fails to provide a happiness boost once it rises above the $75,000 per year threshold (Finding happiness at work).”
