The three main points that Green discusses in the video is that Holden is a character that is scared about the future. He is asking peple what adulthood is like and wants the time to stop so that he can still be young and not grow up. He also talks about how the language in the story goes from being in the present tense to the past tense. Holden will be talking about a sitution that he is having now then he will relate to something that happened to him before.
