Our dinners are a mixture of raw and cooked food, and all our ingredients are of a high quality, organic as much as possible. We like to serve fresh, unproccessed meals, and all dishes served are home made.
About Gitika...I have been a vegetarian for over 40 years and worked as a chef in vegetarian restaurants. I have just completed a training in the US in raw food nutrition and preparation.
