Mayo diet – one very effective diet plan

Mayo diet is a very effective diet plan that lasts only 13 days. In order to get the best
results from this diet you have to strictly follow every step, every day. The goal of this
diet is to modify and rebalance metabolism. Some of the steps that you have to follow
during this diet are: for breakfast you are allowed only one coffee with a lump of sugar,
for lunch eggs, or yogurt, or tomatoes or other vegetables. For dinner you can have either:
chicken, beef, lamb with salad with oil and lemon juice or you can have different fruit, such as apples, pears, oranges.
